1 more day...

Well, it is almost here, and there is still lots and lots to do. I kinda did it to myself by waiting till the last minute. I actually work better with last minute things and I do fairly well with stress, sooo today should be interesting.
I work with the most amazing, WONDERFUL group of people who gave me the sweetest "toddler shower" yesterday. We got the car seat, a high chair, the sweetest blanket with Ruthie Jun's name on it (which will DEFINATELY be going to China with us), some much needed books (which will also be going to China with us), a VTEC laptop, her first princess wand (which Peyton tried to take away from her :>), numerous gift cards (which made me cry:>),her first Bible (which made me cry :>), a stuffed lamb that plays "Jesus Loves Me" (which made me cry:>), and an enourmous amount of travel money (which DEFINATELY made me cry:>) and numerous other sweet gifts. Maybe I am emotional or maybe just seeing God work in other people who have been so supportive to us and who really care about us and love us and this little girl 1/2 a world away who we have never met has made me a crying faucett....or maybe it is like my friend Valynda said...I just cry at the drop of a hat :> (so sue me, I have a heart:> )
Me and the kids are off now to finish up all the last minute things, but again please put us on your prayer list and pray for us daily.

I have been following your adoption story and wanted to wish you and your family the very best. I know God will bless your obediance to His call for you to adopt internationally. I pray that my husband and I will be as diligent and faithful as you have been if God gives us such a call. Please keep us updated as the process continues. I am inspired by your wonderful story. You and your family (including Ruthie Jun) are frequently in our prayers. God Bless.
